Another year has passed. One day we will all be in HEAVEN! Duane and Martha McBrayer
Mr. William Asbury “Billy” Gentry, age 79 of Franklin, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015, at the Hospice LaGrange.
Funeral services for Mr. Gentry were conducted Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 2:00 P.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Sam Neman, and Terry Harper officiating. Music was provided by the Prince Family. Those serving as pallbearers were Ross Crockett, Ricky Moncus, Ronnie Moncus, Joshua Gentry, Collin Gentry, and Todd Turner.

Mr. Billy was always so sweet to me when I would go on Daddy's mail route and stop at McWaters for a coke. He had a smile and something kind to say. He would talk to me and treated me like a "big girl" and I loved that. I pray that his family and loved ones will have a "Peace that passes all understanding" as they say Goodbye.

Dear Family of Billy,
I'm sorry that you are experiencing the mourning of losing a love one. Many if not all of us has experienced this, but I would like to share a brief scripture that will may just bring you comfort.
(Acts 24:15) "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."

A our last GENTRY family reunion,there was 6 original Grandchildren there. Fred Shellnut, Ella Gwyn Gentry Jackson, Janice Gentry Todd, Billy Gentry, Ruby Gentry Wiggins and myself, Jackie Gentry Roberts. I have pictures of us together, I am so glad that I have them.

Billy was ONE of my Favorite first cousins. I always had alot of fun with him. He will be missed. Also Ella Gwyn and Kennith Jackson said he will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with Patricia and the family. Billy, I know you are with your loved ones. Love Jackie
