His Life
September 22, 2012

A beautiful baby boy (Bryan Wade Haygood) came into this world on November 7th, 1958 to Dorothy Haygood and Eddie Haygood (Sonny). I am his older sister (Sheila) who adored him greatly.

My brother (Bryan) was definitely all boy as anyone that new him could amen that statement. Full of life, always had great friends around him, and loved greatly by all. He had so much to give and that he did during his 53 years.

He grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. Our parents devorced when we were both very young so he and I spent alot of time together, guess thats why we grew so close. One thing I can say about our relationship is that we had each others back and nobody had room to squeeze in for along time.

Mom worked all the time just to provide the necessary things for her children. At that time we were like most kids our age that were called latchkey kids because mom had to work. Mom couldn't afford a sitter, so we came home after school let ourselves in and took care of ourselves until mom got home. Of course there were rules we were suppose to follow...we had chores: wash the dishes, make the beds...you know what I am talking about. Couldn't go outside and nobody was allowed in the house. Well lets just say those rules were really hard for Bryan to abide by. Like I said he was all BOY.

Of course things change when you hit your teen years. I got married and my brother still hung out with his group of friends. He met a sweet yound lady June Bug and they married. His first daughter Crystal was born and is now a mother to his three beautiful grandchildren (Reilynn, Madison and Hannah).

As we know things don't always work out as planned and Bryan moved on to Boston to work and met a great yound lady Robin whom he settled down with and lived out the rest of his life with in Norton, MA. Two beautiful daughters were born of this marriage...Tayla who is now a 17 year old teen and Lindsey who is 9. Oh and his faithful companion (Abby) who I know will miss him very much.

Bryan not only has three daughters but a wonderul neice (Alicia) whom will miss her uncle very much and a nephew (Derek).

Bryan always had great, wonderful friends that were always there for him...and they still are. As we all know you grow up and move on having a family of your own...but that really didn't change the friendships my brother made in his lifetime. They have always been his friends even though he lived in Boston and most of his childhood friends are still here with their families.

Bryan had a full eventful life...he will be greatly missed but will always be here in our hearts and memories and memories he definitely left. Please share your stories with us so that we can all enjoy your personal experience with Bryan...I know there are many.

Bryan passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his devoted family, on Monday September 17th, 2012. Bryan, you will FOREVER be missed by all and we LOVE YOU very much.
