How does one pay tribute to such a precious Lady? All I have are my memories to pull from. The best memory is when she tried to teach me how to cook fried chicken, the "real" way. Our friendship was rare, a deep instant bond formed when we realized she played bingo with my late Mother. We laughed, we shared, we cried together. We talked of family, cooking, bingo, health and love. She was my soul sister, filling my heart with a steady goodness. I will embrace the memories, she will be missed more than words can express. Here is to Carol, to bingo dobbers and a table full of bingo cards to manage. May a peace come to her girls, their Mother was loved by many.
