Well Mom, I didn't think I could live without you. It has been 16yrs now, but it hasn't gone by without you. You've been in my heart and thoughts always. Not a day has gone by that I haven't thought about you and how much I love and miss you. They say, "absence" makes the heart grow fonder. It's true! Sometimes I love you so much I think my heart will explode.
All the stuff I ever got angry over is gone. No anger remains, just pure love.
Mom, I turn 60 in December, just a year younger than you were when you went to be with Jesus. I don't know how much longer my time on earth will be, but I know as each day passes I am closer to being with Jesus and able to see you again. Just to hug you and to tell you I am sorry for the trouble I caused, the hurt I caused, and not believing in you. If I could turn back time, I would change all of that and spend more time with you. You did your best with what you had to give. We never went hungry or without clothes on our back and shoes on our feet. We should have appreciated you much more than we did. I see it all now Mom. And I love you so much. And miss you even more.
