I was beyond shock to learn that Chudi has been gone these past 7 years. I was thinking of my old school mates which thought caused me to Google them. I found out Chudi "left" in 2015.
Chudi was my clasate at the Prince of Wales School in Freetown. No one who met him would forget him because he was so affable.
I did not know I would never see him again.
Take your rest, Chudi. You are in a much better place.

I may not know alot about the dear late Chudi but making friends with the son has literally aligned me to know what he was like and what I would have liked most about him. Such a shame that we are world's apart but the seed you sowed has made my heart grow fonder too because I believe you were your sons father. You'll truly be missed and may God guide your family to the heights and happiness that you'd have wished to trek with them and may He bless and rest your soul in peace. Amen

I remember your gentle spirit and your awesome smile in our days at the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus band called Team-Z.  Your dexterity with the bass guitar and your humble self-deprecating wit, which had us rolling with laughter all the time.

I remember you with gratitude to God for the light that you shone into our lives. 

Rest in Peace, my friend. The memory of your life will be an everlasting memorial.
