Dear Uncle Chucks and the People's Officer, 4 years seemed like yesterday. The stories you left behind will be told for a thousand years to come. We still see the smiles on the faces of the people you have impacted. Recently, Aunty had given out scholarships in your honour like you would have done if you were here.
She may not have told us but I know Aunty and the children missed you greatly like we all did. The other day I was at your resting place and I smiled because I know you saw Me. Keep resting Sir. Your memory lives On.

3 years and it seemed just like yesterday I still remember clearly all the good times we shared serving in the Church's Harvest committee. The Legacy you left and lives you touched are still ever green. Uncle CJ, keep resting in the blossom of our Lord and Savior. The entire Church missed you and I missed you too. I pray for Aunty and the Children you left behind always.

My amiable brother, i find it difficult to believe that you are no more alive, until you were laid to rest. You are the only one among chiejile's, who showed love to the kids of your late uncle pa. Chidi Chiejile,i mean Vera's children. You told me much about my father i hardly knew, now that you are no more, it means that we are finally cutoff from Chiejile lineage. If there's another world, i will rather choose you than my father, you mean the world to me, especially my sister Jane. We will forever missed you're a symbol of goodness to humanity, your brotherly love is greater than the love i managed to get from my dad. Go well symbol of love, till we meet to part no more. It was with shock that the news of your death greeted me that saturday morning. It was with pain I was asked to join the team that will break the news of your death to your beloved wife. Bros, this life has a funny habit of taking away very kind hearted people like you. Once again we are denied the joy of having a big brother like you. I am grateful to God for the times I got to know you up close. I remember serving as your right hand man during one of the harvest committee work in the church. I remember you telling me what a fine preacher I would grow to become. Hmmmmmm. Death oh death. Now you are in a better place with the God you loved so much. Sleep on Bros, for the rest of Us are on our way in this Journey. Rest on.

I didn't realize l had such a fine officer and a gentleman in you CJ. Didn't have the chance to meet you, but l know from informed sources how you took care of your wife and cared well for your children. Heaven is always fast to recall it's own. CJ, we are still in shock. We still can't believe it. All I can say is thank you for taking care of my 'little' sister. Thank you for being the model husband and father. You have now set a target for the rest of us. RIP.

We shall never never never forget you. The House Okei in your memory will step down May 20th. Any celebration whether that be wedding or party will be postponed to a day earlier or later. This is our way of honoring your memory. This shall be so till the third generations of Okei's. You have set a record that will be used as a barometer for measuring future in-laws for our daughter's.
