Star Wars will forever mean so much more to me than it already did. Board and table games as well. Laughter and criticizing movies. Cracking stupid jokes and joyfully teasing all of the 13. These all are forever changed and made much more precious. I miss you.

Only your birthday, July 7, I read in Psalm 77 and it says, "You are the God who works wonders; you have demonstrated your strength among all peoples. With your mighty arm you redeemed your people; redeemed the children of ....Joseph."

And that is you Conner, you are one of the children of Joseph. We miss you on your birthday and cry instead of sing - and we still laugh as we think of what you would have said to make us laugh! And we trust you in God's heart...

I woke up this morning hoping that last night had been a nightmare. But reality dawns like the sun, reminding me that a family grieves the loss of a son, a brother, a cousin. The questions remain like "why" and "what could I have done to prevent this?"

It's hard to get the tears to stop. I want to be there with my family. I want to be there with all my beautiful cousins. Because something so incredibly important has been stolen and can never be replaced. It's not fair and I want to do something, anything to make things just a tiny bit better.

I will continue to pray for my family, Aunty Barbara Jean Hall and Uncle Eric Hall, as well as the rest of my beloved cousins.

I loved you, Conner. Goofball little cousin who always made me laugh. You will forever be missed.

I wish so much that I could be there. Mom and I would be flying down in a heartbeat if I didn't start chemo today. But I'm still praying for the family and grieving with you all. I miss Conner dearly, as well as the rest of you. Love you all so much --Hayley Olson

Thank you everyone who came to honor my Nephew Conner Hall.

Your thoughts & prayers for my brother Eric, Conner’s father are very appreciated.

Conner will be missed & loved forever. Never to be forgotten. He always had a smile or kind words to say to anyone even through his own struggles. His laugh & witty humor was so loved.

He would be amazed at how many lives he touched, & I know he would feel everyone’s love around him.

Please remember to seek help if you or soneone is feeling hopeless.

There is always choices other than suicide to help you through difficult times as we had wish Conner would have.

May his memories live forever

Love,
Auntie Mary
