His Life

Family

April 22, 2021
Dallas's family was incredibly important to him. He loved being a parent and was so excited from the time his daughter was born. He spent his time coaching baseball, fishing, boating, and traveling around Oregon with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Being able to officiate his granddaughter's wedding was a highlight of his last few years. Weekly family dinners and gathering the family together for holidays and birthdays helped to create a tight-knit family that remained close throughout the years.

He was always looking for a chance to take the boat to Foster, or Detroit or D Lake for fishing or tubing. He loved the Painted Hills and the Oregon Coast. He relished deep sea fishing and crabbing. Exploring Oregon was not only a chance to see new places, but also a way to connect with friends and family, with whom he loved to share those experiences.
