Daniel Elijah Ward Passed away at the tender age of 24 yrs old. July 7, 2022 He was born to Linda Ward and Ronald Jester, May 7, 1998. Daniel gave his life to Christ when he was 8 years old. Baptized by Overseer R. L. Moore Christ temple full gospel church. Daniel was a very active child, He played little league baseball for douglasville county And Flag football for Micheal vick little falcons.
Daniel attended Villa Rica High school. relocated to Dayton, Ohio with his Mother and attended Dunbar high school. Daniel finished up his High school years at Business technology high school in 2015.
I have always told my son. I will always be your mother. I am not one of your friends. But in all actuality. Daniel was my very best friend. I talked to my son about almost everything. He was such a protector. A strong presence in my life. Always willing to help his mom. My big Ole baby. When Daniel turned 18 he worked and never stopped. He worked diligently at his job. Very trustworthy and patient to those who were elderly and having a hard time with english.
Daniel joined Corinthian Baptist Church in 2012 and ushered for one year. He transfered his membership to Gateway Cathedral COGIC with Pastor Norman j. Scearce privetly in his office Daniel was now a man. And it had to be his decision to take that step... his words not mine.
I told him to join the church. And make it snappy. But he took his time and I was proud. Me and Daniel would set up the chairs and tables for the repast. And take them down. Daniel worked as a security guard for the church.
Daniel was preceded in death by his Father Ronald Jester and his Grandmother Mable Chapman. He leaves to cherish his memory His Devoted mother Linda Darlene Ward, His Grandmother Helen E. Ward his Grandfather William H. ward HIs Aunt Diane E. Ward And his Uncle Jeffrey C. Ward. Robert Terrell affectionately known as ole man Who he considered his step father. His Bonus sister Shamicka Eason and his 4 nieces and nephews Alexis, Amiah,Alexander And Alijah. Ra’shelle Ari And Marcelle...a host of family.. And friends.Every Female cousin older than him was his aunt and shirley was his NANA.. the boy was confused...My baby, My son My king Daniel
