Dear Janice, Christine and Michael. The one thing I will always remember is Dave's dry humor and how hard he worked through out the years. I will miss seeing him at the Districts when I visit. Christine, when the two of you married, I know that he was the better for it. He was proud of his family. Peace, love, blessings & my prayers go out to you and your family.

Dear Janice, Christine, and Michael: Dave welcomed me to Planning when I transferred two short years ago. I was drawn to his clever solutions, quick humor, and excellent nature. Dave enriched my career and my life. Thank you for sharing him with us. We miss his smiling face and encouraging words. Please know that you are in our hearts and prayers. Wendy Wert and Kevin Monroe

I remember Dave as a quiet, gentle and patient person. He never had an unkind word about anyone. I came to know Dave not only as a co-worker but a friend and a tennis partner. We used to get together and played tennis after work as a group before we all got busy with our kids life. I will miss seeing him around at work.

We are so saddened by the sudden death of your beloved husband and father. Dave was always smiling and friendly at every TRC event we would see him at. Janice, I hope God gives you the strength you need to support Christine and Michael during this tragic time. Our prayers are with you all. Love Monique, Steven and The Hachigian family

David was a kind and gentle soul. We talked often on many subjects. My favorite discussions with David were our endless debates over whether Steve Spielberg was a good or great director. I looked forward to discussing "Lincoln" with him, but that never happened. David was a loving father, great husband and good friend .. and I will miss him.

Behind the quiet and reserved exterior, Dave was a thoughtful man with a witty sense of humor. In our birthday club at work, he made the most memorable birthday cake I have ever gotten. It was a model of the Palos Verdes Landfill, which was a project I was deeply mired in at work. Very creative and very tasty! Thanks for the memories Dave!

Dave was a very special person who never had an unkind word about anyone. I always looked forward to the Christmas photo of his wife and their beautiful children and I believe I still have all of them. Even after I retired he still remembered to give me the latest photo. Dave will be missed by all who knew him.

What a good hearted soul. The planet is short on these. I will miss that good smile. He was a fun guy to work with and he was a man of honorable intentions. I'll miss you, Dave. Your Friend, ol'Joe

Dave was one of the first engineers I met at the Districts in 1989. Our love for Disney vacations and cruises became many topics of conversation. He was such a nice man, made me laugh, and had so many wonderful stories of his family. It was so obvious that they meant the world to him. He will be greatly missed.

Don and I started at the Districts one month before Dave started. We both worked with Dave and remember his keen intelligence, sense of humor, and kindness. Our hearts go out to his family and loved ones. He will truly be missed. Don and Margie Nellor
