Debra Ann...Can't believe it's nearly a year since you left us. I think of you so often and of the many good times and laughter we shared. Our friendship was so solid and so unchallenged by the vagaries of our daily lives...Mostly, I miss your laughter and the joy it spread. You were hands down my best audience. I loved that I could make you laugh so easily, a so deep kind-of-laughter from the belly right up to your beautiful face. I miss you every day my sweet friend. Love you forever, Steve

You will forever be my best friend. A week doesn't pass when I don't think of you, our friendship, and all the fun times we had. You made me part of your family and was always there when I needed a friend.  We talked, we laughed, and we cried together. Thank you Deb for being such a wonderful and strong person. While it is very hard for me to accept you are gone, I am relieved to know you are now truly celebrating life. I still wake crying some days but know with time that will past. There's no place like heaven. Rest in peace my forever friend. With much love, Nina.

I will always remember Debra in my heart. She truly carried the love of her inheritance from her family very well - always had a beautiful smile and made you feel welcomed. I thank God that I had a chance to talk and see her at Dorrie's retirement. She is now in that great cloud of witnesses found in Hebrews 12:1. To God Be the Glory. Love, Yolanda Parrish

I will always remember Debra as a the greatest party planner and hostess ever! We had many wonderful times together! She will truly be missed!

For the family I leave you this:

Surely He hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows.
