His Life

A whole Heart

May 14, 2011

As time went on Dell's health started to worsen. He had a hole in his heart. Not from age but from love. I gave him all I could but it just wasn't enough. His heart started having problems that even love nor prayers could fix. Lord knows we tried. I continued to try to give him hope. But I think at the end God needed him more.

His soul was so blessed, he now has the strenght to walk without a wheelchair. The strenght to breath on his own, without the use of a respirator. The strenght now to hold his head high and be proud, Because now he is free.. Free of all pain and problems.

Dell is now above us all walking on clouds.. The place we only dream about.

There were Three

May 14, 2011

Dell was the father of three. He had a set of twins named Dell and Nell Pierce, and his youngest Frankie Pierce Smith.

God choose to give him twins, But took his only son back at a very earily age. Dell was left with Nell and Frankie.

It was a hard loss on him. He had is fair bouts with the devil and the evil things that drove a good man bad. Drinking, Drugs, and abuse.

He was lost in his ways. Family and friends pushed him away when he needed them the most.

But as they say, some has to hit rock bottom before they look up. Finally he did, he looked up and saw the light.

He got born again, He so loved God. Dell began to realize his mistakes. He tried and tried to make mends on all he ever hurt and pushed away. He so loved Life again. But, now he found himself alone. I so loved him, I continued to try to give him hope.

God is so lucky to have an Angel like my dad with him. I shall meet him again.

The Fun Begins

Dell, love life. He enjoyed spending time at family and friends. He loved to fish, He would sit there for hours and not catch anything. But when questioned " How his fishing trip went" He loved it. He also had some of the best stories about the one that got away. He was also a crack shot, he had deer racks on mounts all through the house. He also had many of flannels with the shirt tail cut.  He also loved his red man chewing tobacco. He could eat, drink, an talk with it in his mouth.

Dell was very mechanical inclined, always working on something. He loved his Landcruiser and the mud. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it.

Dell so loved his life. He had so many friends and family members, at one point in his life. Over time he had lost many of them. He would be sadden but he would tell me " we shall all meet again".

So to you my dearest friend and father I say " We shall meet again", until then watch over me and my family. You were and are LOVED, always.
