     Delores Agee, 83, of Peoria, passed away at 7:25 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Unity Point Health Proctor in Peoria.

     A Memorial Service will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

     Delores was born on October 25, 1935 in Peoria, a daughter of Ivan and Alice (Fentiman) Sellers. She married Lyndell Agee on February 20, 1954 in West Peoria. He survives.

     She is also survived by her children, Karen Reeves of West Peoria, Brenda (Scott) Gray of Peoria and Michael (Becky) Agee of West Peoria; brother, Dennis Sellers of Peoria; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

     Delores was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kathy Agee; and siblings, Juanita Roberts and Irvin Sellers.

     She worked in the bottling department at Hiram Walker Distillery in Peoria for 25 years.

     Delores’ favorite hobby was to shop. Her husband said that he wanted to one day have a salary that was greater than her spending. She loved jewelry, purses and shoes. She also was an avid Bradley Basketball fan. They were season ticket holders for over 30 years, but her favorite sports were the ones that her grandkids played. She never missed a sporting event or dance recital. She was their biggest fan. Lyndell wants everyone to know that “she was worth remembering”. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She gave to others, even in her death, by being a Gift of Hope donor.

     Memorial contributions may be made to South Side Mission or American Heart Association.
