So many wonderful memories of our years at Montreat Youth Conferences.  That was the place you could be yourself and you loved that.  Remembering in 2010 after you graduated and were too old to go.  You and Vicki T drove up to the mountains to "crash" the conference.  You told me you could not imagine a summer without Montreat and had to join the fun!  You and Vicki hiked the mountain, you sat with me in worship and talked to all the young people we had with us.  Some of whom you did not even know, but you played "big brother" and loved all of them.  The laughter and talks we shared during that week was amazing and I knew then that you were going to go on to fulfill the plans God had for you! You will always be in my heart.

You came into this world wanting to do it things your way.  You did not want to come out....LOL.  It took an hour to push you out.  But just a second to take you away from me.  You were a dreamer and an optomist.  You could find a silver lining when there seemed to be none.  You could make me smile and laugh when I thought I had no more left to give.  You brought me joy.  You brought me peace.  You brought me love that a mother treasures.  You were a gift, a miracle sent from Heaven.  I got you for 22 years.  Now its up to God to handle the rest.  I love you son.  And when it rains.... I will always believe that you have them laughing so hard that they are crying in Heaven.  Until I see you again..........
