Dolores Story Hillery, 76, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Granville Medical Center.
A native of Brooklyn, NY., the daughter of the late John and Anna Story. She was of the Catholic faith and was a homemaker.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Eakes Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford by Chaplain Rich Paradis. Burial will follow the service at St. James Catholic Church in Henderson.
Surviving are a daughter, Pat Hillery of the home; two sons, Tom Hillery of Oxford and John Hillery of Valley Stream, NY; a granddaughter, Christina Hillery also of Valley Stream, NY; two sisters, Teresa McMahon and Joanne Amorando, both of New Fairfield, CT; and a brother, Sonny Story of Floral Park, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Hillery and a sister, Betty Pagano.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 3:00 – 5:00 and again from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford.
