DONALD WISE, 68, Martingale Lane, Apopka, died Saturday, March 30. Mr. Wise was a retired New York firefighter. Born in Oswego, N.Y., he moved to Central Florida in 1973. He was a Mason. He was Protestant. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
