Dear Dora I remember you as a girl at Oak Hill school, a friend at the country store, a friend to Roy.  a Relative at Mtn Creek. Our moms loved each other. Now you are an angel looking after us hear on earth.

I did not know the Faulkners but live just a few miles from their home. Watching the funeral procession pass by today was so touching. There were so many mourning their loss. Much sympathy to the family members and many friends that they leave behind. God bless!

I am a pastor From West Virginia Our Church at Harvest Jubilee Revival Center in Madison WV have followed this story very closely. Heaven it appears has gained two precious people. mrs. dora, you were always kind and had a beaufull smile , i thank you for that ,ur kindness will truley be missed, ur husband  came out severall times on emt calls for my father, and god has 2 of his children home with him, give moma a hug for me when u see her in heaven,i pray god will hold ur family close to him at this time,

Dora,  Life will not be the same without you. Our friendship of over 38 years will be treasured forever.  My heart breaks that I will never see your smiling face and hear your wonderful laugh. May you rest in peace and you and Jerome have a wonderful 30thy anniversary in heaven on the 13th.  As the mint tin you had on your 25th anniversary  said  you two  were Mint to be together.

Dora was a classmate of Wanda Bagbey Harris and mine at Oak Hill
and at Webb. We both have great memory of school and other activities that we were in together. She will be remembered for her pleasant disposition and never meeting a stranger. We will miss the both of you but we have assurance of Heaven has gained two more souls to praise God. Thank you for being you!
