Doris excepted Christ at an early age. She was baptized at Evangel Temple in Washington, DC where she was a member for years. She later joined First Baptist Church of Glenarden in August 1994, and was a member until her death. Her faith and love for the Lord has never wavered. She took great pleasure in sharing the Word with everyone she came in contact with. Everyone who knew her knew she loved the Lord. Doris also loved her family deeply  and unconditionally. she always provided a home and food for many in need. She had a special unwavering love for her children,  grandchildren. andgreat grandchildren. We miss her so much.
