When i was a little girl, mum used to play lots of games with me.. some of my favourites were, scrabble, monopoly, jack straws, boy girl and mum testing me on the capital countries.. some of these games i now play with my children. In the 6 weeks summer holidays she would take me and my brother, robbie on days out. My favourite was going to New Brighton on the ferry. We would go the fair, the beach and spend the whole day there, then on the way back to the ferry terminal we would stop off at a chippy and get fish and chips, it was great.... great memories mum...
