The ONLY TRUE father figure I have ever known since the 6th grade. Loving, kind mentor- a shining example of the way every human being should conduct themselves. Dr. Tully left an indelible mark on my heart and always encouraged me to give my all, do my very best and let my light so shine no matter how hard people tried to extinguish the flame. Our hats are off to Hugh-till we meet again
