His Life
June 25, 2013

Every now and then soft as breath upon my skin
I feel you come back again
And it’s like you haven’t been gone a moment from my side
Like the tears were never cried
Like the hands of time are holding you and me
And with all my heart I’m sure we’re closer than we ever were
I don’t have to hear or see, I’ve got all the proof I need
There are more than angels watching over me
I believe, I believe
That when you die your life goes on
It doesn’t end here when you’re gone
Every soul is filled with light It never ends
and if I’m right Our love can even reach across eternity
I believe, I believe
Forever, you’re a part of me
Forever, in the heart of me
And I’ll hold you even longer if I can
The people who don’t see the most Say that I believe in ghosts
And if that makes me crazy, then I am
‘Cause I believe
There are more than angels watching over me
I believe, I believe

Our Dylan

09 I Will Remember You

Dylan Patrick Doiron

Our Dylan was a  person of courage.  So much so that only a few people truly knew the challenges he overcame, the mountains he climbed.  He was able to move on and make a plan for his dream to be in the Army.  It was his main goal in life to help people.  Children in particular.  He wanted to help them and protect them.  I know that God had bigger plans for him and he is now a soldier for God.

Even as a little boy he loved the outdoors and adventure.  Always on his bike adventuring somewhere.  It didn't matter the temperature he was outside.  He loved snowboarding and snowmobiling and doing both as fast as he could. His biggest joys outside of his family and friends were hockey and fishing.

His skating skills were beyond amazing - he flew on the ice.  He was on skates when he was 2 years old and playing hockey when he was 4.  He loved being on a team and everyone working together.

He could also fish for hours on end and was happy to show his sister the ropes and his secret fishing spot.  He enjoyed the peace and solitude of fishing.  So proud of his catches - bringing them home for us to see.

His family was number one to him.  He prided himself on being his sister's protector.  His friends always came to him for advice, as he was wise beyond his years.  Dylan's laugh was truly contagious and his loyalty to his friends and family was unfaltering.

Dylan - You will always be missed and forever loved more than you could ever know.

Mama loves you, Dylan - Always and forever.
