thinking of you today, tears falling down but then i smile as I know you are with me...mom, i miss you ...

guess what!. i think i see you around the soo all the time, red vans taking right turns only...oh, you made me laugh so much.....sometimes i do the same and say okay Poog, its my turn...
your presence is felt evryday and I know you are looking over us, continue to do this please. miss you like crazy but your memories keep me focused on what life is about and that is to teach our children and grandchildren all the great things that on ecan make in life for oneself, family, friends and most of all, stay humble and respect everything that is given to you and remember to give back what you can....I value what I have been taught from you.....i am who I am am because of you and dad......thank you 

i never quite understood how being a gram could surpass being a mom, but being with my grandbabies only verifies that you were not only the most wonderful and understanding mom anyone could ask for but you provided me with the tools to have those same qualities in me being a gram....thank you mom, you are forever in thoughts and in my prayers everyday........
ps....now I  laugh at when you used to wave with two hands when I left with your three grandbabies because I mimic the same but also try and lift my foot up too....lol....just kidding.....love my babies....

mom was a very funny person. her sense of humour made life very interesting. thinking back to growing up makes me laugh and cry.
time at bingos were exciting with mom, she would give you the look if you talked too much but hell, we always had a good laugh, no matter what.
birthdays were always special, we got one of moms homemade miracle whip chocolate cakes. at times it was lopsided but thats what made it special, it was the love put into baking it.
food was always a comfort, hangover soup cured everything, cucumbers in vinegar

her gravies were too die for and oh how she made the best coconut cream pie, i could never make it until her passing and when I tried to make it, it was if mom was there making sure it was done right. I love you mom for all the memories and I will be writing in here when the spark tells me to write again.
