I've seen alot of memories of you on Facebook lately. I miss you so much dad. I know you weren't the best person you could be but you were still a pretty damn good one. You taught me a lot and I'm still proud to call you dad. Im even using your famous "shake it off" with my son. You always taught us to be strong even if we were bleeding you found a way to make us laugh and tell us to shake it off and it would make us feel that much better. Its almost been a year and I'm not looking forward to it. I hope your at peace and looking down on your kids with pride. Love you and miss you

..He would hate anything too sappy, for public consumption. ...
Ed and I had a tumultuous relationship to say the least....
We got together in 1981. He was 16 and I was about to be 14
I know him probably better than most, and maybe not as well as some
He was always the tough guy, and he had a well deserved reputation. ..Noone messed with me, his kids, or any of his friends. Or acquaintances...he would not stand for anyone harming a child or an animal. ..he hid the fact that he was a 'good man' behind humor and a bad ass exterior.
I could state a lot of negativity, I shall not.
He loved his kids, and I believe he still loved me...I know if some things would have been different we would still have been together...
He worked hard, he played harder, he is gone too soon...just remember he always had a joke..and would talk your ear off if ya let 'em.
Ed, I hope you find the peace you were looking for. .will see ya on the flip side... Love, P.J.♡

I hadn't seen you in many years, but you gave my Aunt Paulette some beautiful children, and grandson who I love dearly. I hope that you find peace and that you and DJ are having a blast there. You will be missed by many. Your legacy will carry on within the family who will hold you close in their hearts and memories.
