Elizabeth Anne Bailey,mother of 3,grandmother of 4,and friend to many died October 3rd,2011 in denton texas after a long contested battle with cancer,she was 61.

Beth,as she was known,was born January 10,1950 and grew up Elizabeth Anne Shea in Gainesville,tx just north of the DFW metroplex.She was the daughter of Dr.John daniel shea and Irma Shea.She graduated Gainseville High School in 1968 and later setteled in Denton,tx to attend The University of North Texas as a music major.

Ms.Baileys love for others and her family can hardly be placed in words.Always constant,she leaves a legacy as a woman that was kind,cared for others and really cherished the relationships she carried through life.She was trusting,humble and always compassionate.Beth was known for these qualities along with her commitment to her grandchildren and the happiness she took from being in thier lives.Ms.Bailey also took great joy in being an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who's loyalty never wavered regardless of the condition of the team or season they were having.

One of Ms.Baileys final joys shared with her family was her developing relationship with christ and her recent baptism at Temple Baptist Church in flower mound.She took great comfort in knowing there was ultimately a better place waiting at the other end of the journey she was traveling.

Ms.bailey is survived by her children Andy and Jennifer,her brother Dan,and of course her 4 granddaughters Cheyenne,Madison,Ashley and Molly.
