Ms. Elizabeth Reese was born on July 28, 1938 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to the late Virgil Evans and Era Slaughter Evans.

She departed this life on Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Chapman’s Healthcare Center in Alexander City, Alabama.

Elizabeth’s memories will be always cherished by her children: Cheryl (Calvin) Thompson of Birmingham, Alabama; Era (Earnest) Wright, Donnie (Shirley) Reese, David Reese, and Andrew Reese all of Alexander City, Alabama; ten grandchildren: Tiffany Dawson, Brittany Dudley (John), Donnie Reese (Kati), Darius Reese, Cameron Thompson, Chandre’ Thompson, Taniquia Smith, Shaniquia Smith, Darrell Tyson and Aaliyah Reese; six great-grandchildren: Lei’Era Wright, Amari Dawson, Ja’Kolby Glenn, Kynzlee Gates, Tylan Johnson, and Amir Tyson; one sister, Atha Jean (Curley) Walker; a nephew, Ronnie Walker; a host of other relatives and friends.
