It is with a very heavy heart that I pay tribute to Mr. Eris Ritchie. He influenced my young life, as well as so many others, in such a positive way from being our band director to being a devoted church member. I remember the hard work and determination he had to take the horrible screeching noises coming from our band instruments and turn them into music. He taught us that practice, determination and perseverance pays off. Anita, I pray that you and your family will be strengthened and comforted by God's love.

Mr. Ritchie was a part of so many Cisco alumni!! He was such a fine, upstanding man!! He always made it a point to make you feel important!! I know that the city of Cisco will miss him!! I pray for his family that God will give them strength in the days to come! RIP.
