The Whisper
I always used to help dad work on kerosene heaters. I was the gopher. I never paid too much attention to what he was doing or why when it came to the heaters. One night, the first winter after he had passed, one of our heaters wasn't burning right. I had it in the kitchen, tore apart & was trying to fix it. I had tried everything I could think of & nothing had worked. I had just told my mom "I don't know what else to do", when I heard a familiar voice whisper in my ear. I told my mom "Dad just told me what to do." I went & got a pair of pliers, did what he said & that fixed it. Always be open to your guardian angels & be willing to listen when they talk. Love & miss ya dad. <3
