May mama's memory ever be rich in our hearts and may all her loved ones be kept until we all meet to part no more.

I could recall that I attended the same church as Mama, the famed Faith chapel International in Umuahia between 1993 and 1996. One of the most memorable things i hold in my thoughts about her was her supreme commitment and loyalty to this church. She was prompt in attending church activities and never flinched in her role.

She was at some point a woman leader member in the church a role she did her level best with sense of joy and service.

Its the same streak i have seen in her children, especially Mrs Chinenye Edward, my very close friend, whom I have held in very great esteem and admiration over the years, and to say the least is a chip off of the old rock, an epitome of hard work, character, loyalty and above all a person of respectable intelligence.

This is the moment of honour for me to pay a heartfelt tribute to a woman of substance who genuinely lived for worthy goals. All her children are spectacular symbol that she lived a successful life.

The joy remains that we shall meet again at the place of light and unceasing glory, in God' presence for all eternity.

Rest well Mama.

Rest in peace, Mom, you will remain our dearest mom. You are gone but not forever. Your memories remain alive in our hearts.

"Ezinne ka ibu" from how you raised your only daughter " Chinenye ", who is my friend turned sister.... humble, kind hearted, strong and fearless but most importantly, a Child of Jesus to the core !!!.

Chinemerem !! an example of a good son from a mother extraordinaire. Zealous for God, dedicated to Service.

The rest of your children are people of Substance. Mummy you did well.

No words can express our grief of losing you ma. Memories of your face, warm smile, large heart and good deeds bring tears to our eyes every minute of the day but we take solace in God. We love you dearly mum, sleep well.

Mum was unique and exceptional. I still have memories of those days at Ilo quarters of Methodist College Uzuakoli.
Mum was quick to call us to order.
She corrected every misbehaving child without discrimination.
She was God fearing, which your children learnt from.
May God console all you left behind in Jesus Name .

Our Triibutes
Mama, you lived a good life impacting your family for Christ by laying a good example. The testimony we have of Chuks has been one of fidelity to our sister and we are sure the same is true of his siblings. We are sure you did not labor in vain as your reward awaits you in heaven. May the good works you have done endure and may you rest in the bosom of Christ till resurrection morning. Amen!!

I still have a fresh memory of you, when you stood in front of my class @ Methodist college Uzuakoli, teaching Geography and Bible Knowledge.

I still remember your gentleness, diligence and commitment to make your students have a better standing in life. You have done well mummy.

May God bless you and grant that you rest in perfect peace in this eternal journey.

I do not know you personally mama but the great qualities in your daughter Chinenye Edwards who was my school mate at Holy Rosary Umuahia and whom I just got to notice bears same name with you says it all. A chip off the old block. Humility impersonified and above all, great love for God and humanity.
You have fought the great fight and have gone to be with your saviour.

Sleep on mama till resurrection morning.

Mummy, I celebrate your life. You were a woman of strength and strong values. You taught me great values and I am deeply grateful for what God used you to do in my life.

I cannot tell the story of the woman I have become without making reference to you.

You taught me the word of God, you taught me to pray. You led and guided me to do my first fast. You pointed me to God and taught me that there is none besides God. You taught me to look up to God for help. You taught me that there is dignity in labour and you exemplified it.

I am grateful for all the times you stood by me and prayed for me and with me. Thank you for your encouragement, thank you for being an inspiration. You held on to the confession and profession of your faith to the end.

Mummy I miss you so much. I picked up my phone to call you a few days back, I wanted us to pray about an issue, then I realized that you are with Jesus and cannot take my calls again. Then I comforted myself that the Jesus you pointed me to can take my calls any day any time.

I know that I will see you again on that Resurrection morning when we shall meet to part no more.

I love you mummy and will always do. You are not only living in our hearts, the legacies you left are living and still speaking.

Good night woman of God. Rest on my sweet mummy

We are deeply grateful for your life and what you stood for.

You stood strong for what you believed.
You stood strong for family.
You exemplified faithfulness and loyalty to your husband.
You stood strong in compassion for people's welfare.
You were a fantastic teacher/ educator for decades.
You stood strong for women in your several roles as a leader in the church and community.
You stood strong in serving alongside your husband in ministry.

Importantly You took your son to church and in church he found Christ. In Christ he discovered his destiny and pursued his assignment.

You welcomed a yoruba woman as your daughter in law.

Your legacy lives on in us your children and in your grandchildren. We love you dearly.

We choose to celebrate your life.
