Ethel Lee Williams, 72, was born in Moro, Arkansas, the eldest of 7 children born to Raymond Williams and Willie Mae Beasley Williams.  Ethel married William Wallace Miller, and from that union three children were born, Purvis, Bobby and Valaria.  Ethel made California her home until she heard God call her home on the evening of June 23, 2012.
