TRIBUTE TO THE MEMORY OF MY DEARLY BELOVED WIFE-SIS.FAITH AMAMKENHAN AMUKOYO, DURING HER BURIAL CEREMONY HOLDEN AT AGBOR THIS 18TH OF MAY, 2024.
DEARLY beloved Brothers, Sisters & Other Sympathisers.
We are gathered here (by God's grace)to accord my pearl, your mother, sister, friend, diligent/ever reliable customer, etc ,etc, s befitting farewell. WE MUST MAKE SOME SACRIFICES TO ACHIEVE.
For the undersigned, she's truly ' a help-mete...,( a counsellor, mentor, inspirator, motivator, confidant), emulatable traits which she accomplish with admirable zest/precision. She's neat 'ODAZE',hated clumsiness, hygienic, always minding her business,
And for the race of SALVATION, she undoubtedly did her bit. For instance, from her apprenticeship days to a shop owner as a STYLIST (HAIR-DRESSER),she doesn't go to or OPEN -FOR BUSINESS on Wednesdays of the week, the DAY set aside for Mid Week Bible Study Meetings. Neither does she fails to meet ALL her spiritual obligations. We both were always present for any scheduled work towards the furtherance of the work of God by His grace and power.
An envitable vacuum has been created. And since God Almighty has allowed it, we all bow in awe.CAN THESE DRIPPING TEARS EVER STOP?Yes. IN YOUR DUE TIME & GRACE ,' oh gracious Father ' in her words/voice. Finally, our consolation is in golden promised resurrection. (Jn 5:28,29; Dan.12:2; 1Thess 4:13,14&18;etc, etcetera.

TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF LATE SISTER FAITH AMAMKENHAN AMUKOYO (NEE OKUHON)

Dearly Beloved Brothers, Sisters, Relations, Friends & other Sympathizers.

Unto JEHOVAH the father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we give profound thanks & praises for their Goodness upon us all and for making it possible for us to gather here under the atmosphere of spiritual grief & Thanksgiving to God Almighty for the life well spent by our sister, Late Sister Faith Amamkenhan Amukoyo.

It was God Almighty who used the Sweet Psalmist of Israel, King David to declare: “The days of our years are threescore years and ten, and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength, Labor and sorrow: for it is soon cut off, and we fly away”, Psalm 90:10.
In character she was exemplary: she was peaceful, quiet, well organized, neat, disciplined and disciplinarian, very caring and loving, appreciative, supportive courageous etc she was able with the help of God to remained in the faith till the end.
Our consolation is in the fact that we shall see our Late sister again in more glorious form on the day of resurrection by God’s grace and power, John 5:28,29 Isaiah 57:1,2; Daniel 12:2, 1 Thessalonians 4:13,14,18 etc.

A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF A DEAR SISTER AND FRIEND, LATE SISTER FAITH AMUKOYO.

Brothers, sisters, friends and sympathizers, we give glory, honour, praises and thanks to JEHOVAH the Almighty God and His son Jesus Christ for the grace we have to be gathered here today to accord a befitting Christian burial to a beloved sister and friend.
The news of the death of my dear sister Faith came as a rude shock and I find it difficult to come to terms with the reality that she has gone the way of all flesh. It was Isaiah the prophet who declared under inspiration that "The righteous perisheth and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come..." Isaiah 57:1.
I recall with nostalgia our youthful years in Benin-city working together as hairstylists, a vocation she carried on with passion and vigor until her demise. She was very humble, hardworking, peaceful, selfless and generous. Though we had our differences but we were able to settle amicably by the grace of God. She was also very dedicated and committed to the work of God. She minds her business at all times and was content with whatever she had.
Despite the trials and tribulations meted on her by satan, she was unperturbed but remained stedfast to the end by GOD's grace.
The Bible says, "...Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea saith the spirit, that they may rest from their labours and their works do follow them" Revelations 14:13.
I pray that JEHOVAH, the God of all comfort to console her immediate family and indeed all of us by His grace.
We shall see our beloved sister again on the day of Resurrection in a more glorious form -John 5:28, 29, 1Corinthians 15:35-45, Hosea 13:14, Dan 12:2 etc

A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF MY DEAR MUM….18th May 2024
Hail JEHOVAH and Jesus Christ!
Iya ni wura!!❤️❤️❤️ .
I’d say wene onye a ri i si odara, she would respond with “O ra oko to ba”! with hearty laughter.
Some days it was “ iya Debola ba wo ni”? se lafia ni?
ILL MISS YOU MUM!!
I still apply the initial relaxer within 5mins for a fresh perm like you taught me ☺️.
A stylist per excellence , sticking to the trade for
over 40 years! We kept postponing retirement because you loved what you were doing…
If contentment was a person, it would’ve been you mum, your names followed you FAITH ( you were a woman of great faith) AMAMKENHA ( you sure stayed in your lane mum)!
You were a pillar and source of strength to your husband and children, I faced the world knowing the child of whom I am, the support, prayers!, words of encouragement and assurances that Jehovah God protects His own were your daily reminders !
There is a lot that want to say but words fail me, you lived within your means and wanted nothing more even when you could have gotten a little more.
I remember with nostalgia my two birthing experiences and your selfless dedication to make sure I healed well, seven whole months of holistic support during the two occasions,I’m forever grateful mum.
I”ll miss getting very clean food mum (Adekoyejo still talks about eating your food one more period, he’d say “mummy no offense but grandma”s food is way better than yours) and the calls to find out how everyone is doing and the reminders to always serve the Almighty God through faithful service, charity and paying of tithes.
I’m particularly grateful for the life that you lived, it might not seem ideal to the world but you lived by your own terms.
Although you are no more with us but I’ll carry the wonderful memories with me till the end of my days by Gods grace and power.
They say the pain never goes away and that one has to live with it, this is beyond PAIN mum but I pray that our Father in heaven who knows us well grant me and my siblings the strength to live without you by His grace and power! Amen
Adiieu sis Faith Amamkenha Amukoyo ( Nee Okuhon) till the resurrection by Gods grace!

TRIBUTE TO THE MEMORY OF LATE SIS.FAITH AMAMKENHAN AMUKOYO(NEE OKUHON),BY THE GKSWF AGBOR BRANCH, DURING HER BURIAL CEREMONY HOLDEN AT AGBOR THIS 18TH OF MAY, 2024.
It is with spiritual grief but with gratitude to God Almighty that we write this tribute in memory of our dearly beloved Sis Faith Amukoyo, who until the cold hands of death snatched her away from us on the 5th of April, 2024. She was a very dedicated, serious and zealous Member of the Church. Until her death, she's a Recognized Member and the Treasurer of the GKSWF of the Branch.
We the Committee members and indeed all of the Fellowship will miss her DEARLY, for her smiles, words of encouragement, advice, show of faith and appreciations, especially those who do well in the work of God. But no one can question the will of God Almighty, because He has allowed it to happen. Like the words of Prophet Isaiah in Isa. 57:1&2,"The righteous perisheth and no man layeth it to heart, and merciful men are taken away, none considering the evil to come.......".
We have solace that we shall see her again on the day of resurrection. (See Jn 5:28,&29;1 Thes.4:13,14,&18) .Thank you.

It came as a rude shock to know about mummy s demise. She was a mother indeed not only to her biological children but also to us. She always smiled, very accommodating and a giver she was. This is painful, However we take consolation in the word of God about the promise of resurrection. Now she is at peace! May God console us all she has left behind, especially her immediate family by God s grace.

She was a very caring mother to one and all. Always had a kind word and a smile, and many a time a gift no matter how little. She was God fearing. She will be greatly missed by my family and I. Our condolences to her hubby Nathaniel Amukoyo, her children Nyerowho, Ese, Ufuoma and Ejiroghene.
