Florence Williams, 91, died at 4 p.m. Thursday in the home of her son, Hazard, in Wapakoneta. A resident of Lima since 1929, Mrs. Williams was born in McGoffin County, Ky., Feb. 12, 1881. She was the daughter of Calvin and Nancy Wireman Hale. She was married to the late Bud Williams.
Survivors include five sons, Hazard, Calvin of Latham, Ben of 102 W. 18th, Robert Lee of Columbus Grove, and Kenny of 1907 Zeits; four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Coppler of 403 E. 18th, Mrs. Stella Wilkerson of Belding, Mich., Mrs. Marie Roush of 136 E. Circular and Mrs. Bessie Shrigley of Ravenna, Mich.; a brother, Sam of Indiana; 100 grandchildren; and 200 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the church, Revs. Joe and Les Wiremen, officiating. Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 tonight at Siferd Main Street Chapel.
