Uncle Frankie was a lover of life. He loved his wife Lola so much. I remember him loving to play tennis, gin rummy, and he loved to swim. Once in Oceanside at dusk he took all of his nieces and nephews into the water for a "sunset swim". He made us all put on our wet suits & hit the water with him. He was a lover of music and the Dr. Demento show. Canciones de mi padre by Linda Rondstat will always remind me of him & auntie Lola. He was good for a big hug, a shoulder rub, and a laugh. Once I remember him teasing auntie Kathleen in a bday card that he was a selfish brother from the start by being born on her bday. Uncle Frankie, and pretty much all of the Bryant aunts & uncles always welcomed the whole lot of 6 nieces & nephews for sleep overs piled on the living room floor of who we were with. They never denied us the chance to be togehter and with us all at the same time. How blessed am I to have family like Frankie and the rest of Pat & Frank's brood.
