Frank, I can hardly believe it has been nearly 7 years since you went home to be with your Lord and Savior. I will always be grateful that God sent Debbie into my life even only for a short time. Because of Debbie our family met you and after her passing you became an integral part of our family and our lives. You were a wonderful stepdad. Thank you for loving my mother and caring for her till the end. She loved you more than life. We miss you both terribly but know that you, Debbie, mom and my dad are all together in heaven and at peace. Today more than ever I am thankful for your service as a police officer. Thank you for the insight to that difficult job that you were so proud to hold. You shared difficult stories and hilarious stories of your time on the force. I will never forget the times the family sat around the table and laughed hysterically at some of the calls you made while on duty. You truly loved the Lord and I can't help but think of you right now. I miss you and mom so much. For such a time as this.

Frank was the kindest of men, a wonderful husband to my mom, Anita, for 16 years, a great stepdad and an awesome grandfather. He loved the Lord with all his heart, soul and mind. He had a great capacity to love and care for others.
I will miss you! - until we meet again:)
