What I liked best about Gary was his adventurous spirit. He was always game to go new places and experience new things. He even ate fried shrimp heads, eyes and all, when we took him to sushi for the first time and he laughed while doing it. He was also a wonderful grandfather.

"This too shall pass". Gary's words to me during a painful time in my life. I still think of his words when I am struggling with difficult decisions. Calm, cool and collected, he seemed to approach life in a different way.
One of my favorite cabin memories: We both wanted the left over Turkey stuffing from Christmas to take back home. He convinced me to let him have it, when Dennis and I returned to the cabin in May, there sat the stuffing with a beautiful green, fuzzy mold. When I mentioned he had left the coveted stuffing his response " I thought it would age nicely. Have fun laughing Gary.

Words cannot express how much we (Dennis & Deb) miss and love Gary. However, words such as loyal, caring and loving help in portraying what a wonderful father, brother, and friend he was to all who were fortunate to have known him.

He delighted in having good conversation and led many interesting family discussions. He enjoyed his family and was extremely proud of his sons.

We love you Gary and you will always be in our thoughts and hearts forever.

Partridge brothers, this is a beautiful way to honor your Dad and keep his memories present. Having lost my sweet Mom this year, I know all the holidays, family birthdays and important events without your Dad will be difficult. Praying your cherished memories, favorite family stories and beloved pictures bring you comfort. Your Dad will always be with you! He was a kind man. My love and prayers for comfort are with all of you!

Gary always seemed so young to me. When I think of him I remember an easy confidence and a kind of joie de vie with a steady hand. Always a smile and always encouraging. Gary Partridge was a good man.

Married for 16 years Gary and I remained friends and we're always on the same page raising our three sons. Always a sources of good advice when I would be challenged as a single parent. This would continue through the collage years and beyond So blessed we lived long enough to witness our grown sons into middle age. The best work we ever did. You were a good man Gary.

I'll always remember many fun times we all had together, especially Ann's broccoli casserole that I never could reproduce. I have missed all of you over the years even though I know how people tend to drift apart after divorces, etc. Gary was one of my favorites and always will be, along with all three of the boys, who no longer are boys....

One special quality I always appreciated about my Dad was his ability to just listen. He was great that way.

Imagine in our world today, having 3 toddlers by the age of 22? That is how my father and mother started their young adult lives. What responsibility at such a young age! Yet for me, my dad was an excellent provider to our family. He was that solid rock we 3 boys could depend on. He always seemed to have the answers whenever I was troubled. He had a way of calming me down and helping me think through a difficult situation and get things under control. He was there for me emotionally and I always felt supported. He had great character and he always gave unconditionally. I had the opportunity to work with my dad and help build Partridge & Associates, his IT Consulting Services firm in La Canada, Ca. With his help, I learned how to sell our services and recruit IT consultants and I'm proud to say that I am still in the same business today. I owe my own career to him and I'm so grateful today. Thank you dad for always being there for me!!!
