Gary Kenneth Delaney, 63, of Mammoth Spring, Ark., was born Nov. 2, 1942, in Jacksonville, Ill., and died July 11, 2005, at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Ark.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Louise Payton-Delaney of the home; three children -- Ronald George "Pete" Allen of Mammoth Spring, Ark., Joyce Caylene Jewell of Thayer, Mo. Lawrence "Leroy" Allen of Mammoth Spring, 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Janet Myers of Jacksonville, Ill., one brother, Mike Delaney and wife, Cathy of Mammoth Spring, Ark., and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Keith Delaney and Agnus Ilene White-Delaney; a brother, Mark Allen Delaney; one grandson, Mickel Leroy Allen; a brother-in-law, Donald Joseph Payton Sr., and wife, Darlene Darnell Payton; one great-niece, Cassandra Marie Jewell.

Graveside services were July 15 at the Field Creek Cemetery near Mammoth Spring with Bro.Wayne Hurst officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Mammoth Spring,
