My Dad George Cummins born 1933 in Shiremoor in the Northeast of England. He lived in Northhshields In his young years and  that's where he met my Mum Joan Cummins. From Northshields they moved to Corby in Northamptonshire due to my Fathers work based in Northamptonshire. After 16 years and having all 6 children down in Corby they moved up to the Northeast of England where he found another Job at Hawthorn Coke Works. I was raised in the Northeast by my wonderful Mum. They were married for over forty years. They have 7 children, 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.  He loved horticulture and spending time at his allotment. My Father died at the age of 62 from an enlarged heart and other complications. It was a sad time when he passed back in 1995 but I gradually began to come to terms with his death in time. My Dad lives on through his children, G/children and Great Grandchildren. When I look back my Dad was my guide and Inspiration however at that time I couldnt see it.Dad you were a lovely, sensitive, affectionate, helpful, supportive, loving man.
