Mr. George Lee Darwin was born on January 18, 1947 in Birmingham, AL To the late Mary and Johnny Darwin. He was preceded in death by his sisters Lynda Stewart and Eddie Mae (Tootsie) Moore.

George departed from this life on March 8, 2019 at home surrounded by family.

He leaves to cherish his memories: A devoted wife Rueneda Sanders Darwin, Brothers Johnny Darwin (Margaret), Rickey Baily (Kim), two sisters Valerie Austin and Gladys Bailey;His kids Michael Cotton, Cantrol Sanders(Carol), Katiera Sanders (Michael), George Sanders (Elisha) Eddie Sanders (Michelle). Special nieces Shelia and Angelique Darwin and a host of of nieces and nephews. Mr. Darwin have 13 grand kids and many many family and friends.
