This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, george w braybrook, 89 years old, born on August 5, 1922, and passed away on September 8, 2011. We will remember him forever.
Now I am over 70, I really fully understand what Dad and Mum were experiencing with their age-related problems. I certainly have a greater respect for their struggles and ability to overcome and tolerate their trials. I only wish I had been more caring and understanding...now I have learned what they were really dealing with.

Soldier, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather. And to those who befriended him, Thank you for your love and attention and caring. Godspeed, George on your spiritual journey, You will abide in our memories forever. On September 8th, Thursday morning, George passed away suddenly, peacefully and pain-free with his son Doug at his hospital bedside.On August 5, 2011 he had really enjoyed his 89th birthday with friends and family at Ron and Merle's farmsite picnic.
