This man is of Cambodian-Chinese dissent and was tortured because he was "racially corrupt". After he escaped the harsh brutalities of the Khmer Rouge, he settled in United States and worked. He acted in The Killing Fields, a movie that will tell his story, and Dith Pran's story, for generations to come.
