Another year has gone by; so much going on.You niece and nephew will be 2 in August...you have been gone 26 years..I think of you daily..try to smile and move on, nothing changes the way this momma feels..I love you.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Heather Humphrey-Snow, 14 years old, born on July 5, 1983, and passed away on April 12, 1998. We will remember her forever.
