She was diagnosed with seviere autism at the age of two. She couldn't talk or tell me what she wanted we learned sign language, but that wasn't working. We then moved on to the pec system which were pictures of items she would want and that worked for sometime then that was hard for her she would get frustrated as would I. She hardly slept she cried and banged her head and fist when mad or even hit me or her siblings. Finally by the age of 12 she loved music and that helped with sleeping and we finally heard her voice. She could sing a whole song. Then she would finally say places like fast food for what she wanted to eat. And she finally said go see mom please put joy in heart if she didn't want something she said no thank you please. The 15 years in this world was so short I seen her grow up and get through a lot of challenges to only die.
