Happy heavenly birthday to this amazing, gracious, beautiful lady. I miss you, Helen!

Helen was always such an inspiration to others, and I loved hearing her stories from the past. What a blessing she was and how very grateful I am to have known her.

How I wish I had known Helen throughout her life! At least I was blessed to meet her when she moved to Lakeway and joined Lake Travis UMC. What a beautiful, thoughtful, faithful and inspiring woman she was! To see her walk into our Sunday School class on Sunday mornings was to see the whole room brighten up. She was always smiling, always gracious, and her knowledge and insights were so appreciated by me and by every class member. She set the example for "blooming where you are planted."
