Dear Dad,
You would always joke that God sent you into the world to multiply, I can say without a doubt that you truly lived up to your name Ibrahim (Abraham) not only were you a father to your own children, but to many others in the community and beyond, truly a father of many nations, always giving never expecting, you were so strong, you never compromised your name or integrity for the spoils of this world. You have taught me well, I only aspire to be half the person you were, touching every person I come in contact with positively.
All the training in this world did not prepare me for the pain of losing you, somehow I had convinced myself you would live till 90 and beyond.
Never have I ever imagined a world without you in it, in the flesh. I find solace in the fact that you are in a better place and your legacy lives!
Know that you are loved and will forever remain in our hearts until we meet again, rest well Dad and Grandad.
