Well. Daddy it's been 11 yrs and I miss you everyday! I've cried enough to fill the Mississippi River! My life changed the day you went to heaven nothing has been right. I know we'll meet again in heaven but until then will you give Grandma Lindsay a hug and kiss. You are the greatest man, I've and Grandma was the greatest woman, Ive ever known! Y'all were loved by so many! By the way, tell Momma, I kept my promise l made to her and lost the weight. The days I miss the most is Saturday's, everybody being in our backyard for your BBQ,beer, music and stories! The Houston Chronicle put an article, after Momma passed away and even more when you went to heaven. Now, your baby is 60yrs old with a broken heart! I hope all of family and friends have the best Birthday party in heaven! I wanted to let you know that you were made the mayor of the Woodland Heights and a special city council meeting in your honor. I even got a letter from the governor of Texas and Greg Abbott honoring what a great man you are. You was always there for me and loved me unconditionally. God gave me the best Daddy and Grandma anyone could have!

Jack W Lindsay, was the greatest man, I ever knew! He was not only my Daddy but my best friend and hero! He was loved by all,too many friends to mention and he loved his family with all his heart! My life will never be the same without him and I know he made a difference in many lives! God only takes the best,so I know my Daddy is in heaven with his friends and family looking down on me! He told everyone that I was his baby, no matter how old I was! He loved my kids Melissa and Chad Pennington as they were his own since their Dad wasn't there for them, and his great grandson Chris Fuentes. He never got to meet his other great granddaughter Lindsay Pennington but I know he would love her, too! He was made the Official Mayor of The Woodland Heights. Every Saturday was an important day for him because that was day to have a backyard BBQ,music and friends, some I didn't know but he was loved by all. When his Mother, Edna Lindsay passed away that was the first time I ever saw him cry and when his best friend Willie was the next. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I know I will see him again in heaven! I will never forget you and love you always!
