I miss you everyday, Mom! I miss talking to you. It's been a long hard year with out you.

They say Time heals all wounds. I don't know if Time will ever heal the empty spot in my heart for my best friend. I still start to email her with a question or send her a recipe I know she will like. I just hope she is having a great celebration in Heaven today. I'm sure she knows how much we all miss her and is watching over us. Wouldn't it be great if we could email or text to Heav

Jackie has been dearly missed by her FAHCE members and friends. she has been a hard act to follow.

Jackie is dearly missed by FAHCE, she was part of the glue that held the organization together. Oh How I miss her daily calls, I forget and find myself wanting to call her with my "Jackie Help". My dear friend you are trully missed.

Browsing the net i came across this...i had the pleasure of meeting her in 2009, and i will remember her for the kind woman i met and invited me into her home to have a holiday dinner one Thanksgiving sharing stories and showing off her beautiful quilts, a dear memory i hold, my deepest sympathy to the family, i wish i had known sooner , big hugs to her husband Joe <3

I am so sad to learn of Mrs.Osterman's passing. I remember all the doll clothes she made me for my doll. My mom treasured her friendship with Mrs. Osterman so much. I am so happy to have reconnected with the Osterman family this past year. Hope all the happy memories will soon surpass the loss you feel now.

From Jackie's Kids to her Facebook friends, we announce the peaceful passing of our mother on the evening of 11/11/2011 in Tampa, Florida. She was a wonderful mother and a caring friend that specifically asked for us to extend her love to the grandkids and the many friends in her life. More information will be forthcoming as we organize and finalize plans over the next two days.

During the past few years, Jackie has become an important part of my life. I have thoroughly enjoyed our online chats and emails.  She loved sharing news of her children and grandchildren and always asked about my family news. Thank you Jackie for helping me be connected to my Osterman relatives. I will miss you greatly.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Jackie as she assumed statewide responsibilities with HCE. Her leadership, dedication, friendship, responsibility and commitment never went unnoticed!
May the good memories we all have of times we shared with Jackie, help us deal with our sorrow.

Last night I searched through my memory for all the great times we had together and I realized there were so many, so many laughs, so many tears. I will miss her so much but I am glad that her suffering was short If the dictionary held a photo of a truly great friend her picture would be there. It was truly my great pleasure to call her my friend.
