James Watts, age 78, of Pensacola, FL, passed away October 13, 2010. He was born in Montgomery County, AL on August 12, 1932 to the late Viola Watts- Heyer and Percy Flennory. He received his education in Pensacola, FL and retired after 34 years of service with Monsanto.
