Dear Lorraine,
Words fail me. I was just adding an endorsement to my Facebook page of Jay's wonderful lending skills from the escrow we just closed on Feb. 4th! He will always be the best lender ever because of his kindness, courtesy, consideration, not to mention his wealth of knowledge. Bless you, my dear, for such a huge loss of this wonderful man. I will always be grateful for having known him.

My heart is broken with the news of Jay's passing. He was an incredibly kind, smart, clever and funny southern gentleman....always with a twinkle in his eye and always with time for a sweet hello and hug. The world has lost a gentle soul way too soon, but God must have wanted and needed him more than we do. I am praying for your family and friends as we are all enveloped in sadness.
