Mary Jean and Family,
Jean was one of the nicest ladies I have ever known. When we could get her to talk about herself, which was rare, we found she had led a life full of interesting and exciting experiences. Her favorite experience was always her family.

Jean was an auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary. She is remembered in our prayers. We will miss her and those of us, especially Mary T and Mary W, who brought her Holy Communion every week will miss her most.

Jean was one of a kind.

The expression "living life to the fullest" often gets thrown around too often, but for my grandmother this is exactly how I will remember her. The stories of her life are incredible- from heroic (being a women's Marine in a time when that was so out of the norm) to fascinating (being on Jeopardy or her time spent working at the radio station). She was a smart, independent women in a era where that wasn't as common as it is now. For me, I will always cherish how much she enjoyed life, and how she always seemed to stay positive and be in a good mood. It isn't often you can find a grandmother who can a) sit down with you and watch the Kentucky Derby and teach you about horse-racing; b) have a 20 min. conversation with about the Phoenix Suns or Arizona Diamondbacks or any sports topic you chose; c) have come hang out with you at your college house during a college keg party. Jeanie was my grandmother but she was also my friend. I always admired her for that. When I tell people about my grandmother, I always do so with such admiration for the life experiences she had, and the way she lived her life. More than anyone else, my grandmother Jeanie taught me that you can never have too big a smile or too big a Bloody Mary. I feel privelaged and lucky to have been one member of "Jeanie's dream team" and to have gotten to spend the time and have the experiences with her that I did.

It s hard to believe that Mrs Cuch has passed away. I knew her most of my life (literally). She was my brownie leader. She was at every important event in my life K - 12th grade (literally). Mary jean was my best friend. We were in every class together all those years, again (literally).
She had a very nice disposition and a sunny nature and outlook.
She was always Mrs Cuch to me. May she rest in peace.

Jean was a wonderful mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She was full of life and had a great sense of humor. At least, she laughed at my jokes! We will miss her.

Mary Jean and Family,
I was lucky to have met Jean and she really was a special lady. I know you will miss her but remember, "when someone you love becomes a memory, the memory become a treasure." Thinking of you all and sending a big hug.
