Jeannie had a wonderful kinetic energy that made working with her so much fun. It is impossible for me to think of Jeannie without seeing her smile and hearing her laughter. We will all miss her very much at NYU.

I talked to a perfect stranger on a train from Penn Station to Wall Street. She had helped me get my suitcase on the train just as the door was closing. She mentioned that she had a follow up interview at a really great foundation. A few hours later I met Jeannie again in the JDRF office and she had a big smile on her face. I am betting that she has an even bigger smile now.
