What 57? I can't believe it. Jake you are missed more then you could even imagine. Sis is always thinking about you everyday. Remember when you would ask. "Do you worry about me?" Well I do but in different way. I know you are with mom and dad resting comfortably. No more pain, no more seizures and people don't have to look at you differently. It does not matter to me because you were perfect to me and the rest of the family. I will take this time to wish you Happy Birthday and many more. Love ya and forever missed.

Jake, today marks the 3rd. Anniversary that God called you home. I want you to know that not one day goes by that I don't think of you and hopefully you are the one inspiring me to be the biggest advocate I can be to the people I support.
